What do pets need?
The dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs and other animals that we share our homes and lives with all have special things they need to be happy and comfortable.
If you or your family own a pet it is important that you look after them properly.
Just imagine if you didn't get the things you need to be happy - if you had to sleep on the ground, didn't have enough food to eat, weren't allowed to play with your friends or have any toys. It wouldn't be very nice for you would it?

Volunteer's age raise
All our valued volunteers must now be aged 15 or over. As of January 2010 all our volunteers must be aged 15 or over.
We are able to take 15 year olds in the school holidays from 9 - 12 Monday to Friday but they have to book onto the program.
Anyone currently on the weekend volunteer roster who is under 15 is welcome to continue helping at the centre alongside their adult supervisor.
All new applications must be 15 years or over.
Thank you to all past children for the commitment and dedication and we really do appreciate your hard work.
