Classic Hits Northland breakfast host Jax Donaldson is an avid supporter of the SPCA

Businesses bring us to air

Classic Hits Northland and Furniture City Whangarei have banded together to provide us with $10,000 worth of radio advertising.
The two businesses recently agreed to sponsor us for around a years worth of 15 second ads.
The ads air weekday mornings around 9:30am.

Whangarei SPCA receptionist Andrea Honeybun organised the sponsorship.
She says the ads will be changed regularly and can contain any information about the SPCA.

"We have run ads thanking people for supporting our street appeal, reminding them to get their pets desexed and asking for more adult volunteers to help on the weekends," Andrea said.
"The Classic Hits breakfast show hosted by Craig and Jax is well listened to and this is a wonderful way to get information out to people in our community."

The two generous businesses are both avid supporters of our SPCA.
Classic Hits Northland advertises Pet of the Week on their breakfast show and on their website and has helped us with numerous fundraising activities, while Furniture City includes our phone number and a plea to support the SPCA on the back of their promotional flyers.
